WDM HAGENT.EXE service on X90M7 client stops

    Anyone who knows how to fix an issue with the process HAGENT.EXE stopping on X90M7 clients? Checking the client shows that the service is stopped and if restarted manually, it only runs a few seconds before it stops again.

    As a result, there is no connection to the WDM server.

    What really puzzles me is that this problem is non consequent, two identical machines running the exact same image can behave differently. One runs fine with hagent.exe process, the other one refuses to start hagent.exe as described above.

    We use WDM 4.9.1 and the clients have the WDM Hagent version

    I have made a new image based on the image that has the hagent-problem, only added a the Wyse package with Citrix receiver, and when I update a client with that image, it is connecting to WDM afterwards.
