    Hi guys,

We are going to start using WYSE 5030 in our client’s environment. To manage these devices, we are currently doing a trial of Wyse Device Manager. I have it installed on a Win 2008 R2 server which is joined to the domain using the installation guide provided by Dell. I have added DHCP option tags 186, 190, and 192. I have created a hostname entry on our DNS server (WDMServer). When I log in to the Web UI, it shows the system as healthy but I cannot discover any devices. The server and the device are on the same subnet along with the DHCP server. Am I missing anything. Any help is much appreciated.

5030 devices are Teradici based units. Although they can be administerd by WDM, you would need other DNS tags to make them check-in.
Look at the WDM admin guide for “pcoip-tool”. That should help you.

    Far too less information.
How do you try to discover?
How did you in the past?
Same servername and IP or different?
Are you using DNS or DHCP to autodiscover the devices?
