Tagged: ThinOS 9.1 RDS video stream 3040
Hi,
We have a setup with two RDS Session Hosts with a Connection Broker, all Windows Server 2019.
With OS Version 8.6_511 video streams, both internally produced and YouTube were all perfectly watchable, but after upgrading to 9.1.1131 the streams are reduced to slideshows, and causes the browser (Edge) to hang.
We are using Dell WYSE 3040 Thin Clients, WMS version is 3.2 780, OS Version is 9.1.1131 and we are also using Microsoft WVD v1.0_1060 for the connection to RDS. We have also enabled AVC/H264 decoding (Enable WVD AVC/H264 hardware decoder)
Any suggestions on how to improve te performance with 9.1 is greatly appreciated.
In the next few days, Dell will release MR1 for ThinOS 9.1.
Try that one. It should have some performance fixes included.

Ok, perfect. Thank you for your help!
