V50L/TCX Multi Screen over ICA to XenApp 6

    Hi all,

    I have Citrix XenApp 6 on 2008 R2 with V50L Linux clients on 6.6.2_02 connecting to a published desktop over 2x 19″ monitors.

    We’re using the x64 edition of TCX Multi-Display 1.2.1.4 but when connecting over ICA, the fact there are 2 monitors isn’t correctly detected and on window maximise, spans both screens. It does however correctly detect 2 monitors when connecting over RDP.

    Is there any additional configuration that needs to be done to get it to detect correctly over ICA? I’ve checked the docs but can’t see anything.

    I can just guess that this is related to the native Multidisplay control in XA6. Check if there is a policy to disable this in XA.
