    Just wanted to follow up and let you guys know that this has been fixed!

    I contacted WYSE and they sent me a link to the 6.3.0_22 version of the firmware. I installed it and my USB drive still was not showing up. It would show up fine in the 6.2 firmware but not in any version of the 6.3 firmware.

    Turns out it is this particular USB drive. It is a Dell 512MB thumb drive. I switched it out with a Kingston 1GB and and a Kingston 4GB and they both show up in any version of the firmware, old or new.

    All that trouble because of that. 😯
