Hi,
I am trying to setup a printer locally attached to a Wyse V10L.
I have a wnos.ini that include $mac.ini .
Tha $mac.ini is the following:
;*************************************************************
;* Printing *
;*************************************************************
Printer=LPT1 Name=”Olivetti PR2″ PrinterID=”Generic / Text only” Enabled=yes
Exit=yes
I am using a published desktop with Citrix Ps4.5 .
When I connect to the desktop, I can see the mapped printer queue.
When I try to print a test page, the test page looks to be spooled but nothin is printing: the printer doesn’t start.
I am figuring out where the issue is…
Thanks
Bye
Have you got it running if configured locally on the V10L?
CG
I have setup the printer locally on the TC.
If I try to do a test print from Printer section on the thin client, I receive the following message:
“Ascii Printing Done. Check print-out. Some Printers may not print ascii data. Enable the printer and test print from host”
Printer doesn’t start.
I have switched off the printer and switch on again.
Now I can print!
thanks
bye
