Hi,
I am testing an S90 for a school and one of the necessities is to have USB Flash Disk access from within the RDP environment once logged in. So far, I can get the flash disk recognised under XPe, however it doesn’t get recognised as a client device under RDP. Any clues?
Hmm, strange one as it should work. Does this work from a normal PC? If not check the properties or the RDP connection on the Terminal Server (Administrative Tools – Terminal Server Configuration – RDP Properties – Client Settings). These setting over-ride the setting you make in the RDP connection on the S90. Make sure disable drive mapping is unticked.
Really it should be a case of making a Remote Desktop Connection with the Disk Drives option ticked in the resources tab,
Cheers,
-TT
