We are having issues on both ThinOS 8.6_7101, and 9.1.2101.
If a user logs onto Terminal 1, and gets to our Citrix Storefront, but never launches an app, but then goes to another terminal and logs in. They will sometimes stay logged into Terminal 1 still.
Since the storefront displays applications from 2 different VDAs. If the user is on Terminal 2 and launches an App from one VDA it will launch. The user on Terminal 1 can still launch an app off the second VDA. If either of them launch the application that is already open, then it will pull the session over to the last person using it.
Effectively allowing users to steal apps from each other if they don’t realize its not them logged in.
Both ThinOS are managed through WMS
– Model: Wyse Management Suite
– Version: 3.2.780
VDI Information
– Hypervisor: 6.7 CU3
– Broker: 7.15 CU5
– Protocol: ICA
– Virtual Machine OS/version: Server 2016 / Server 2012 R2
– Virtual Delivery Agent version 7.15 CU5
Would you be able to test this behavior with an Ubuntu-based PC and a Windows-based PC?
Are you facing the same issue?
