Use VNC Off Local Network

    We are using the Wyse Management Suite cloud service from Dell.  Is there a way to configure VNC so it can be used with terminals when you are NOT on the same local network?

    You can enable VNC service in the Cloud Console, however you will only be able to access devices within the same routed network, in other words if the device is outside the firewall, i.e. at home you will not be able to VNC.
