Using the WMS cloud console, I need to force a USB authentication token to be redirected to the virtual desktop. However, I can’t find any documentation on what format to use for the VID and PID of the device. Does anyone have any clues? Here is my guess:

0x05290620
or
0x05290,0x0620CG
February 24, 2021 at 1:36 pm #82362I’m working on the same thing, it worked on all older versions on Wyse OS with the old vusb command in the ini file but fails with both options you gave:

The first screenshot shows 8, and the second one 9.CG
February 24, 2021 at 2:09 pm #82365Sorry My issue is with 9.x we have it working fine on 8.x using the INI not the gui. I did get the device to show in the log on the WTOS layer but it is not redirecting to the Citrix layer.
August 3, 2021 at 2:26 pm #105904Did you solved this issue? For us it’s also unclear what syntax to use.
August 5, 2021 at 10:04 pm #105941I reached out to one of our Dell reps on this issue, i.e. USB redirection and the correct syntax. I’m still testing on WMS 3.3 and ThinOS 9.1.3112. If they come up with anything I’ll be sure to share it. Everything works on 8.6 for us without any issues.
September 20, 2021 at 5:14 pm #106233Anyone get any updates on this. I have reached out to my dell reps also but have not been able to get anything into a session on v9. No issues on 8 thought.
September 20, 2021 at 10:53 pm #106234I had to use this format 0x0c273bfa030101 or 0x0c273bfa instead of this 0x0c27,0x3bfa,0x03,0x01,0x01. The old format wouldn’t work with Imprivata for my testing. I had gotten Dell involved and I was told not to use the comma format and bingo everything worked.
September 28, 2021 at 11:34 am #106269Thanks for the information! It works without the commas. Dell support was not even able to tell me about this. It’s very poorly documented!
November 10, 2021 at 8:15 pm #106468I tried the no comma way, and it did not work for me. I am just using RDP no Brokers setup. Works with no issues in 86.
