    Hello, everybody,

I want to update the firmware of a Dell Wyse 3040 from 9.1.2101 to 9.1.3129.  For this I use the package  DTOS_9.0Full_9.1.3129. Now I get the error message “Failed to install Packages”, “Failed to install Root Version 9.1.3129”, “package verification failed”, “verify certs failed”, “unable to get local issuer certificate”

There seems to be a problem with certification.  A valid certificate can be found in the cacerts folder.  The certificate is also installed on the client.  With version 9.1.2101, everything is running and the certificates have not been changed.  Does anyone know the problem and can help me?

    Hi,

You use the wrong package. You have to use the DTOS_9.1Full_9.1.3129 package

    Good day.

    Faced a similar problem.

Strange, but I cannot find the file DTOS_9.1Full_9.1.3129 on the official website of the manufacturer
