Hi,
I am having issues with thin clients not being able to register with WMS again after they have been sent to Dell for repair.
The devices are not visible in the console anymore, but they haven’t been deleted from the console before sending to Dell. A factory reset also doesn’t solve the issue.
I have read that you need to delete them from the database directly with an mongoDB IDE tool, but the docu that I found on dell forum wasn’t very clear.
Is there a guide on how to delete it from the database maybe?
Regards
I also checked under unregistered devices in the console, but didn’t find them.
Devices aren’t deleted from the console by themselves. You must have removed them yourself.
Any error messages on the clients while they try to check in?

A search filter was applied when searching for unregistered devices.
After removing the filter we found the devices. Deleted them and registered again.
Thanks
