Unable to get local secure certificate Error code 191

    I am new to this forum and had a hard time searching for the Error code 191 that is being generated when a user tries to logon to their Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS server. They are able to walk over to another thin client connected to same LAN and logon. This particular thin client however generates the following error when they launch their RDP connection to the RDS server:

    Unable to get local secure certificate Error code 191

    Anyone ever see this before and know what the correction to this may be?

    Never seen this error.
    Have you compared the installed certificates between the working and non-working one?
