Hello everyone,
I’ve installed ubuntu 20.10 on a wyse 3040, everything works fine, but there is a way to manage this device from the WMS? In the documentation you can read this:
“Linux and ThinLinux devices—Wyse Device Agent can be installed or upgraded on Linux and ThinLinux devices by using Wyse Management Suite.”
The only download i can find is in WMS support page, which is labeled “Dell Wyse Device Agent para ThinLinux versão 2.0”, in the downloaded file the is two .deb files, but those files have dependencies that i think aren’t public. The dependencies are:
- wyse-ubuntu-init (>= 1.0.0)
- wyse-parse-ini
- omi
Anyone already tried and successfully deployed a custom linux installation on wyse 3040 that can be managed with WMS?
