TSGWUseSameInfo not passing on credentials

I have a shared laptop for my clients to take home then remote into their RDSH environment. I have told it to use the same credentials they put into the RDP prompt to use with the gateway credential prompt it just doesnt do it.  Something with the TSGWUseSameInfo just doesnt take. I used the Configurator to create it.
