HI ,our company have lots wyse 5070(thinos) that have two serial ports,we plug a serial scanner into one of its serial ports,but the problem is no metter how to config the serial redirection parameter,the microsoft windows system’s device manager can’t show the com port in any case.
Can anyone help me resolve the problem?Any suggestion will be appraciated!
What firmware are you using?
What does your config look like? wnos.ini or WMS? Post the config.
Are you using Microsoft RDP or anything else?CG

I have updated fireware to 8.6.511,and the wyse are managed by WMS.
the VDI environment is vmware horizon 7.9
I have turned serial port mapped function on.
Any idea will be appraciated!
Does this work when you connect from a Windows or Linux PC?
Are you using PCoIP or Blast?CG
yes we are using Blast.There is no problem in the windows’ horizon client environment
