Hi , I have a dell wyse 5070 and my operating system is windows 10 , i have to change the os to thinos , so i downloaded the Dell Wyse USB Imaging Tool , and i’ve updted my bios to 1.17.0 . the merlin image version 9.1.6108 everthings goes well untill pulling image it says Error while validating security key.(Error code 233)
When you create the USBFT with the Thin OS image, edit the commandxml.xml file by replacing all FFFFFFFF with 000000FF. This will bypass the security check.
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Hi Jim , I’ve edited the xml file , FFFFFFFF to 000000FF , but didn’t work and still showing the error code like picture above.</p>
Are you pushing ThinOS or Pulling Windows 10 IoT?
