Hi guys,
I am troubleshooting some problems with Wyse 8.x clients.
I’ve enabled persistent device logs capture and network packet capture.
The issue is that the captured logs (same as in System Information) do not contain DATE information, it’s only TIME there, e.g.:
04:24:38.519 <= WDM receives Hserver
04:24:38.521 Rolling Key: 0
04:24:38.521 Hserver: IT = 3600
05:13:08.861 mk_dhcp_msg[102172635]: sending Request
05:13:23.861 dhcp Renew failed
05:13:23.861 dhcp Renew failed
05:24:36.510 WDM check in to server, check
This makes the logging completely useless since I cannot see from which day or DATE the log entries are coming from.
Is there any way to change this is ThinOS settings, so DATE for each log entry is present?
Thanks!
No, this is a limitation of the logs.
