ThinOS 9 thin clients not checking in to WMS

    I have an issue with a few 5070 thin clients running ThinOS 9 2208.

    They do not check in to WMS when powered on after being shut down. We then have to restart the thin clients to get them to check in to WMS.

    I tried upgrading one thin client to 2211 but it didn’t solve the issue.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    Also what is the purpose of the Group prefix and Group token fields under ThinOS 9.x > Services > WMS settings ?

    Also what is the purpose of the Group prefix and Group token fields under ThinOS 9.x > Services > WMS settings ? I use this field to move device from one console to another. Reset this policy if you are not moving devices.
