In ThinOS 8 if a device was unable to check-in to WMS it found the cached policy configuration and the Citrix broker was still functional. In ThinOS 9 I only see on every reboot WMS trying to sync the policy and if it is not able to check-in, the thin client becomes unusable because the Citrix broker connection and authentication portion of the policy is not being used.
Am I missing a setting in WMS where I can have the ThinOS 9 policy cached locally on the device in cases where the thin client isn’t able to check-in to WMS?
