We use Citrix XenApp.
We are upgrading our ecosystem from FTP .ini files with Wyse ThinOS 8.6 to Wyse 9.1 and using WMS.
I can’t get the auto connect list to work. I can either use “|appname” and get all the published apps to launch or I can’t get it to work at all. I’ve tried call kinds of syntax, used display name and application names, used quotes, tried some wildcards………….
Is there a place that I can use the pnliteserver .ini text that works on my existing 8.6 system? If so, how do I do that as I’ve had no luck figuring out where that would go.
I am a newbie, so any help would be appreciated.
Were you able to get your Auto Connect working? I am using it in my environment, primarily to launch a published desktop that is simply named “Desktop” but I do have one policy that launches a deployed app instead, by just using the published name of the app exactly as it appears in the Citrix Storefront or the ThinOS 8.6 connect manager.
Are you using the same section of the ThinOS 9.x policy as I am?
