ThinOS 9.1.3129, Display speakers cannot be used

    Hi,
    I have a Dell Wyse 3040 with firmware ThinOS 9.1.3129.
    Now I don’t have the option to select the display speakers in Citrix.
    Is there a solution?

    Hi,

    In the ThinOS 9.x policy, Peripheral Management, Audio, you must activate “Enable 3040 Display Port audio”

    In my case, in the Playback Device field, I’ve also had to put “Intel LPE Audio-0”, that’s the name of the DP Audio device for my Wyse 3040

    Hi,

    I’ve activated “3040 DisplayPort Audio Enabled” and I’ve entered the playback device and recording device.

    That’s strange, everything looks good to me, I’ve exactly the same audio configuration…

    The audio source of the monitor is also configured to DP ?

    Your DP cable is 100% DP (no adaptator) ?

    Hi,

    the audio source on the monitor is configured to DP and I use a classic DP cable. Have I overlooked other Citrix settings in WMS?
