Hello Community,
I hope you can help me.
Two days ago we updated a few ThinClients with the Wyse Management Suite from ThinOS 8.6 to the latest ThinOS 9.1.3112.
Of course we also updated the Microsoft App to version wvd 1.2.1157.The ThinClients have to connect to the server with a direct RDP connection, which works so far.
However, since the update to ThinOS 9.1, there is the problem that every RDP connection is permanently laggy and sometimes causes a time delay of up to 2 seconds.
UDP and TCP on the RDP server is active, UDP connection is also possible.
I hope you can help me in this case, so that I can satisfy my customers.
Br Lukas
What else I noticed, it needs until he gets an IP address, since ThinOS 9.1 relatively long 20-30 seconds.
Of course, a ThinClient has already been reset to factory settings. Some Logfiles: https://anx.io/QYcob

August 26, 2021 at 9:02 am #106119Hello Jim,
were you able to reproduce the problem in your lab?
Lukas
August 26, 2021 at 3:06 pm #106123I did last night. The 3040 worked without any noticeable latency.
September 1, 2021 at 2:55 pm #106137I just upgraded a 3040 to ThinOS 9.
RDP performances w/ Windows 2019 and Windows 10 are OK so far.
Did you check that the network speed/duplex setting are correctly matched between the device and the network switch ?
April 19, 2022 at 4:04 am #107548Same issue. Green-Screen, legs, freeze. Newest ThinOS and Wyse 3040, 5070 and Optiplex 3000.
