    Hello Community,

I hope you can help me.
Two days ago we updated a few ThinClients with the Wyse Management Suite from ThinOS 8.6 to the latest ThinOS 9.1.3112.
Of course we also updated the Microsoft App to version wvd 1.2.1157.

The ThinClients have to connect to the server with a direct RDP connection, which works so far.

However, since the update to ThinOS 9.1, there is the problem that every RDP connection is permanently laggy and sometimes causes a time delay of up to 2 seconds.

UDP and TCP on the RDP server is active, UDP connection is also possible.

I hope you can help me in this case, so that I can satisfy my customers.

    Br Lukas

What else I noticed, it needs until he gets an IP address, since ThinOS 9.1 relatively long 20-30 seconds.
Of course, a ThinClient has already been reset to factory settings.

    Greetings!

I would like to run a test in my lab, what version of Windows Server are you using?

    Published Apps or Desktops?

    Local network or WAN?

    Wired or Wi-Fi?

    Jim

Ok tested in my lab with TS on Windows 2016 using a 5070 and 5470. I found no issue with performance. Are you using a 3040?

I did last night. The 3040 worked without any noticeable latency.

    I just upgraded a 3040 to ThinOS 9.

RDP performances w/ Windows 2019 and Windows 10 are OK so far.

Did you check that the network speed/duplex setting are correctly matched between the device and the network switch ?
