I just updated a couple of test devices to 8.6_710. On the login dialog box, there is a message that states the following.
“Client configuration were obtained using an unsecure connection. Please consider the potential security risk before proceeding.”
I do not want my end users to see this and panic. I would like to hide/disable the message. We connect to VMware using https as well as Imprivata. WMS is also using https.
We use WMS version 3.1 to configure all of our thin clients now. I assume I might need something in the advanced section in WMS.
Found an older post right after I put this up. Adding the following to the advanced section in WMS resolved the issue.
SignOn=yes EnableMessage=no
“SignOn=yes EnableMessage=no” is right command.
WMS 3.2 is recommended for ThinOS v8.6_710.
