    hello,

    Since the 8.6_606 update on my 5010 terminals I have a lot of users calling me for keyboard problems, keys that would remain pressed,

    have you encountered this problem?

    hello all

    anybody have the same problem ?

    for information I use WMS 3.1.1 fix I have the impression that there is incompatibility with thinos 5010

    i have a lot of call for this problem

    i have take a ticket to dell but they are not ideas 🙁

    i think a solution : downgrade wms to 3.0 and 5010 to 8.5

    but i can’t update my 5071 to thinos 9.1 🙁
