    Hi,

Once again I’m unable to find the latest ThinOS for those bloody 5070 w/ PCOIP (what a mistake I did when I bought a few of those, not paying attention to that PCOIP thing..)

Namely a PX10_wnos. (great naming BTW… Probably PX means  5070 in some weird encoding language.. ;-))

BTW is there a guide about all those package (Merlin, RTME, JVDI etc..) I don’t even know if they could be are useful to me..)

PX10_wnos embeded in a “raw” package, of course. You bet.

OK, I’ve googled “OS_Web_v8.6_511_5070_5470AIO_5470_PCoIP_ENG” and found a the page.

RAW images are used for ftp or WMS updates.
Merlin images are used along with USB Firmware Tool.
RTME package is used in a Citrix environment for Skype optimization (RealTime media engine)
    JVDI is Cisco Jabber optimization.
Horizon is the VMware Horizon Blast protocol and includes the RTAV (RealTime Audio Video) optimization needed for Skype optimization.

Thanks ! What would we do without you and your site..?

My users reports D10D regular crashing on Zoom meeting w/ USB camera.

I’ve not been able to reproduce. (We’re on RDP, btw)

What could you advice to investigate ?

Applying a “Merlin” update would help, by updating the USB stack ?

There will not be any difference if you push the image via WMS, ftp, or USB. The outcome will always be the same.
Dell has just released a brand new firmware version.
    Maybe worth a try.
