We have WMS 3.1 and the latest config and our device are 5070 and 3040
the 5070 have the latest OS 9.1 and 1.8 BIOS and also Citrix 2012
They all build and configure correctly but once you login to Citrix the mouse and keyboard stop working. This only happens on the 5070 the 3040 have the 9.1 and latest bios and same citrix 2012 and they all work fine. Any Ideas
How did you upgrade the 5070? Directly from 8 to 9.1 or did you use a step in between (8>9.0>9.1)?

Stepped to 9 then 9.1. But i rebuilt all problem ones with USb and they work now the issue is the same with 3040 – they work on first boot after rebuild but stop after second reboot – but weirdly not all of them we have just done 16 and 6 work fine 10 dont

We encounter the same issue, did you manage to resolve this ?
Every morning our client must reboot every Wyse just because keyboard and mouse aren’t working.

We had to build a good working one with correct latest bios and OS then we took a USB image and pushed to local ones once we were happy we upgraded the others via WMS using the correct BIOS and OS versions – Unfortunately im not sure which ones they were now as we have moved to 9.3
