Hi everybody,
we are facing an issue with Teams on ThinOS 9.1 with Citrix Package 2012.
Used Thin Clients are 3040 and 5070.Wen we try to join a meeting we got the following message: ” Still Connecting to Remote Devices. Calling isn’t Avaliable yet. ” or “Es gibt ein Problem mit Ihrer Verbindung. Es wird immer noch eine Verbindung mit Remotegeräten hergestellt. Der Anruf ist noch nicht verfügbar.” in German.
This Clients doesn´t have a Microphone or Camera connected as the user only wants to view the Meeting.
If Teams Web in Chrome is used everything is fine but the user wants to use the local Client.
While searching for this issue we found nothing helpful so far.
