When using TCX USB Virtualizer from S10 connecting to the published application via CSG 4.5 we are getting following message: “TCX USB connection error, please check network setting”. I believe we need to open one more port on the firewall for TCX? Or.. how then to set up TCX in this situation? Thanks.
