T10 Dual USB serial converter

    Hello,

    I use 2 devices connected in serial with USB-serial adaptator : a weighing scale and an RFID reader.

    Sometimes the Wyse reverse the allocation of COM ports. The COM 1 become COM 2 and vice versa.

    How Wyse assign COM ports ?
    How to know the correspondence between USB and COM ?
    Can we set this correspondance ?

    I have heard that earlier. Please contact Wyse about that. Sounds like a bug.
