    Hello,

    We have thin OS clients use IEEE8021X=yes.  We have servername=serverX.   We want to change that to ServerY.  If we edit all the .ini files, how do the clients pick that up?

    So far it has only worked by factory reset.  In other words, can you force a thin client to re-read the ini file without a reboot / factory reset?

    Thanks for the help!

    There is no way to force reading a wnos.ini without a reboot.

    Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it.  I have a follow up question.

    We use a Radius server with PEAP.  We are switching servers.  Right now each client has it’s own .ini file with the following:

    IEEE8021X=yes network=wireless access=WPA2-ENT ServerValidate=yes ServerCheck=yes Servername=NETSERV1,NETSERV2 eap=yes eaptype=EAP-PEAP tlsauthtype=user peapeap=EAP-MSCHAPV2 peapmschapun=$tnUser Device=Wireless Mode=Infrastructure SSID=XXXXX RoamSensitive=Medium

    So if we add the new servers names in the file, can we just reboot on wireless and will it pick up the new server names, then point the wireless AP’s to the new Radius and clients won’t fall off the network?  We also added the new certs for the servers in the ini file as well.

    Thanks!
