    I’ve searched high and low through Dell’s site to raise a support call for WMS Pro Cloud.  Does anyone have a link to create a support ticket?

    For anyone in the UK you can use this link too – https://www.dell.com/support/incidents-online/en-uk/contactus/dynamic

    Additionally, you will need a “Service-Tag” which, for WMS, you will be able to find in the “Dell Digital locker” (it’s visible on list on of  products on “Products” tab).  The person who purchased your licences should be able to access this.

    Someone will call you, and send you a MS Word document to fill out with details of your issue.  Currently, I’m still waiting for a response from that.
