    I have run in to an issue deploying XenDesktop4. I have searched the Wyse and Citrix forums and can’t find anything that looks like my issue. I have also opened the issue with my Wyse TRM and Citrix TRM. I am hoping the real Wyse experts here can shed some light.

    When using V10L to connect to XenDesktop4 (XP images running on VMWare ESX 3.5.01) with Dual monitors;
    If no windows are open on either screen, if you move the mouse from the right monitor to the left monitor, the mouse disappears. It will reappear if the cursor changes (like to a hand when over a web link). This does not happen with the Win32 XenDesktop client running on a PC with dual screens. Also does not happen when connecting to the XP image via RDP. We tried with a brand new XP image built from the CD with same issue so it is not related to software installed on the XP image.

    Tested with both WTOS 6.5.0_23 and 6.4.0_24

    Only work around is to enable tail on mouse pointer.

    Anyone have ideas?
    Thanks in advance.

    This really sounds to me like a WTOS bug. Have you heard anything back from Wyse? Were they able to replicate this?
    Have you tried to installed free TCX Multidisplay in your XD session?

    Yes, I just heard back from Wyse and they confirmed they can replicate the issue. No eta yet. I can’t believe I am the first to report this. Seems it occurs on any recent WTOS with XenDesktop 4 and dual monitors. I will update when they find a fix.

    What about the TCX Multidisplay? Have you tried?

    Yes I have tried and installing TCX MultiDisplay 1.2 has no effect on the issue.

    I finally got a DEMO build from Wyse which solves this problem. 6.5.0_27.01.
