For those who run Citrix over their Wyse terminals, do you have the seamless windows option enabled? (View in a separate window (Seamless Window)
If so why, and if not, then why not?
Most of my customers are using fullscreen mode as the seamless mode is to slow.

That is good to know.
We are experiencing an issue where our devices (Wyse S30) are becoming latent over some period of time. They are configured with seamless window turned off.
That time does not seem to be constant, and during that time the terminal acts just like it does when switched over to seamless mode.
We have had Wyse (on site), Citrix, and the app vendor (on site) in and have not found a solution to date.
The last thing we are trying now is to go into the terminal BIOS and increase the video memory from 9 to 16 MB.
Less than desirable out come if it works, due to having to touch 3000+ devices if that is the resolution.
If that is the solution you can use WDM to update the CMOS settings. There are special scripts for that available from Wyse.
