    I’m having issues getting a Canon scanner to redirect to citrix sessions. Here is the details of  the device:

    I’m trying to figure out what info I need to put in the redirection settings – would it be 0x1083163e?:

    Yes, this looks correct to me.
    Do you see any comment in the ThinOS eventlog?

    I managed to get this working. I totally forgot to adjust a citrix policy I had in place that disabled USB redirection.
