S30 ICA connexion NOK

    Hello people,

    first of all i would like to congratulate you for this forum with all this technical information. The confgen helped a lot the newbie i am with the debugging of some S10 that gave me some weird message

    i am returning to you with another question

    i have a S30 wyse that is not working correctly. When i am launching an ICA connection, the process runs ok but when the opening of the ICA desktop should appear (after the “negotaiting capabilities” phase), the screens go back to connexion choice panel

    is there any logs i can check to see why the connection is rejected ? i am not even allowed to enter my windows credential, the connection is reseted before.

    i just tried to create an RDP connection on one of the server of the citrix farm

    here is the message i got

    there is no problem with rdp when i try to direct connect with the classic windows rdp client

    Hi,

    thanks for the kind words.

    Go to Control Panel-TSCAL and delete the licenses from there. Maybe there is a mismatch.

    i deleted the two TSCAL that were present
    is there any logs i can check ?

    my citrix farm is in PS 4.0

    can the problem come from my citrix farm ? that only this connection is rejected ?

    I doubt.
    Have you tried to reset the unit to factory default after deleting the TSCALs?

    yes i tried to reset to factory default and the problem still the same

    even in WDM i don’t have any log ?about the connection ?
