hi,
i am trying to import rsp package into Rapport 4.5.1 and getting the following error –
“A directory matching the specified package name already exists on the FTP server. Please either change….”
I have copied package from my old 4.4.1 and created a rsp file. On my new 4.5.1 i copied this rsp file into the ftp directory and trying to import rsp file but getting error as above. Also, FYI i manually created folder with the same name as rsp file into the same location.
Can someone pls help.
Hi Mike,
create the folder and the .rsp file somewhere on your FTP server but NOT in the FTProot/Rapport folder. Copy it for example to c:temp.
Then you can import the script and WDM will copy the rsp file to the database and the folder with the binary files to ftproot/rapport
Cheers
