Redirected COM port takes 5 minutes to send data

    Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS session collection using full desktop.  Scale connected to 5010 by USB to serial adapter.  Latest 5010 firmware installed.  Data appears within seconds using Putty –  takes 5 minutes and a few seconds to appear in application.  Testing from PC using the same scale and USB to serial adapter pointed to the same session collection and using the same credentials works as expected.
