Sorry to start another thread on that redirection thing but I’d like to clarify the point for cameras.

The W10 Remote Desktop client has an option called “Video capture Device”.

When enabled, the local camera of the client appears under  “Remote Desktop Camera Devices”. The RDP channel seems quite efficient with only ~2Mb/s from W10 to W2019

From a Wyse ThinClient, I don’t see any other option that VUSB_VIDEO.

When enabled, the camera is well redirected but appears as a “local” camera on the host side (RemoteFX redirection ?). The RDP channel is consuming a lot more bandwidth from the Wyse to the Host (~30Mb/s).

So, my question is : Is there a “Video Capture device” redirection in ThinOS ?

    No, it isn’t.
Worth a try with the upcoming 9.1 release tomorrow

    Thanks for the clear response.

Will D10Ds  be compatible with ThinOS 9 ?

    Thanks for your reply.

My last purchase of D10D is dated July 2017.

This is totally disappointing that so recent devices are not eligible.

I’ll (try to) send an official complaint to Dell.
