RDP – Audio

    Hello,

    we are trying out Wyse 5070 with ThinOS 9.1 and WMS 3.1.

    We connect to our TS-Farm via RDP. Everything works great, except we can’t really use Webex Teams. The mic shows up as Remote-Audio and we can listen to soundclound without any problems, but when you are trying to join a meeting, everything stutters both ways. I can’t understand the other person and the other person can’t understand me. Is there any workaround ?

    We are using the Webex-Webapp

    Unfortunately, RDP does not support any UC optimization at all.
    You should face the same issue when doing the same from a Linux PC instead of 5070.
