To put it simply, it doesn’t work. We installed TCX4 from the console on our Windows 2003 R2 x64 Enterprise PS4.5 HRP05 test servers running IE7 and both the Flash and Windows Media players never start. I simply get a red x where the player should be. Has anybody gotten TCX4 to work on x64? Works fine on our x32 test servers. Any ideas how to make it work? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Client device is a V10 running firmware version 6.5.30
thanks
Pete
