    Hi,

We have ThinOS 8.5 clients (T10 and 3040) connecting to a XenApp 7.15 LTSR site. Connecting to a single Storefront server works just fine. We recently set up a load balancer in front of the two Storefront servers and changed the base url on the Storefront servers to point to the load balancer. But then its not possible to connect to the storefront store anymore. Connecting from Windows clients seem to work well (after a while), but connecting with the ThinOS clients yields the following error message at logon,

Logon has timed out, please logon again

On the Event Log of ThinOS, these events are logged

    SF: SF Auth updated error
SF launch file failed state: -1
    ICA: Get launch parameter failed

    This is our wnos.ini

Whenever we try to connect to the Storefront store through the load balancer, we also see the following error in the event log of the storefront servers (only occurs when connecting with ThinOS clients, not Windows clients),

    Source: Citrix Credential Wallet Service
    EventID: 9

An unexpected error occurred retrieving the credentials.
    System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException, mscorlib, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089
The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Try to switch from PnliteServer=https://storefront.domain.com/Citrix/Store to PnliteServer=https://storefront.domain.com
Are you really using the Domain FQDN or NetBIOS name?

I tried to switch to PnliteServer=https://storefront.domain.com, but still experiencing the same problem. Logon will work alternately, ie will work on first try, not on second, will work on third, not on fourth etc. Storefront will still log EventID 9 “The given key was not present in the dictionary.”

    Yes we are using FQDN.

Issue was caused by missing sticky session configuration on load balancer.
