Just starting out on this Wyse Thin Client journey; total noob. ThinOS 9.1. Wyse 5470. I want to set up a local USB printer for passthrough to Citrix XenApp published Epic Hyperspace. I see in ThinOS that you can specify a Printer ID which the scant documentation is telling me is the “driver.” What values can go into that field to roughly match up with the printer? The local printer is an HP inkjet.
Best advice I can give you is to connect the printer to the device and look at the system printers and see what is detected. Use the name displayed.
Thanks! I’ll try that. I literally just unboxed the unit and hadn’t tried plugging in the printer yet.
