Powerterm pts launch files

Hi,

I use V50LE terminals with firmware 6.6.2_02 and Ericom Powerterm 8.2.0.

Starting the tec connection and reading the pts configuration file from our ftp server the emulator did not use the configured setting (UPS-Set = 1252 andUTF-8=off). The emulator used “Code-Page-858” and “UTF-8=on” instead.

A solution for this issue was postet by “paschyth” in 2008.
The solution was to edit the script file “/etc/addons.d/TEC/launch” by changing the lines which are coded to set “UPS-Set=Code-Page-858” and “UTF-8=on” if the keyboard layout is “de” or “fr” or “es”.

Today I edited these lines (I marked them as textline) but I could not save the file though I was logged in as root.
I got following message: “File-system is read-only”

To save the script file what should I do?

But isn’t there an update of the firmware or ericom addon to solve the problem short described above?
