Tagged: WinIOT WSUS WMS
I’m unclear from the WMS and Optiplex admin guides how we should keep the WinIOT devices updated.
Is it enough to just install the latest ‘Dell Application Store’ e.g. https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=vx4k7&oscode=ltsc2&productcode=optiplex-3000-thin-client
or do we try to connect it to WSUS as well? WMS has the option under WinIOT 2.x settings for a Windows Update server but it doesn’t seem to have had any effect. (the clients are domain-joined).
