After much scouring of the internet, and trying anything I could find, including enabled the prompt option to server farm in the site admin, and adding NTLM authentication to our wlx.ini- I have not been able to get the Suse login screen to allow a user to change their Active directory password once it expires.
This occurs every 180 days, anytime a user forget the password (alot!) and anytime there’s a new employee.
Pc extender accounts for 200 of our pcs (damnit!)- and this was an unforseen issue by both our rep and us. Any ideas on how we can get Suse to prompt for password change? As of right now all it gives us is “authentication failed”.
Any insight would be a huuuuge help. Thanks!
Were you ever able to resolve this? I am getting the same issue on PCX v11.1.
I see that they have 11.2 out now, and am going to purchase a license to see if it is resolved in the new version.
