hi support,
one of our client has problem with the updated version of the p20. they could not connect to their connection server via SSL. below are the details from client.
We are using 2 VMware view connection servers via DNS round robin.
Example:
ConnectionServer1
ConnectionServer2
= ConnectionServer.trendmicro.com
We are getting an error because the P20 is trying to match “ConnectionServer.trendmicro.com” from the information inside the certificate of the 2 Connection Servers.
It can’t find “ConnectionServer.trendmicro.com” inside the certificate information because the certificate contains [Issued to: “ConnectionServer1”] and [Issued to:“ConnectionServer2”]
We can connect without error if we connect using the name ConnectionServer1 or ConnectionServer2.
We need to use the FQDN ConnectionServer.trendmicro.com so we have load balancing or redundancy because it points to 2 servers.
i have checked on the release notes but i could not find any ssl settings.
regards,
keith
Have you checked the Teradici knowledge base?
