Optimizing usb with Wyse 5070

    I have a few wyse 5070 with jabra headsets. When I use the Citrix app, I find that audio is buffering, choppy etc.

    when I take the jabra headset and plug into a regular laptop, the usb jabra is optimized and it’s crystal clear.

    what am I find wrong on the wyse.
    please help.

    I suppose other USB and/or analog headsets (jack) are choppy as well.

    Did you enable “Limit audio quality” to “high quality” at the Remote Desktop GPO level ?
