Hello,
I’m managing 32 thin clients with Cloud Client Manager (CCM). I’ve noticed that if a devices hasn’t checked-in longer than an hour there is a potential issue. Is there anyway to get a notification if a device goes longer than an hour without checking in? An email would be fine.
I do not know which potential issue you see, if a client has not checked in for more than one hour but there is no way to get a notification about that.

I have found in our environment that the thin clients usually check in at least once per hour if everything is OK. From my experience when a thin client goes longer than that it is experiencing an issue. I’ll find its IP address in ccm and start to ping it and often times realize I can’t. At that point I’ll head over to it to investigate. We have 35 thin clients, I’ve just started to associate a thin clients that’s not checking in as a thin client with a potential issue.
