Hello.
We have 200/1600 devices in non compliant status for more than 200 days.
We have a private cloud WMS 3.5.2. All our devices are in ThinOs 9.0 or 9.1.
What is the best way to get them back to contact the WMS console ?
Thank you.
What are the exact versions of ThinOS is installed? Can you send commands to the non-compliant devices?
Hello.
We have 9.0.4024 and 9.1.1131 versions of ThinOs.
Hello.
No, we cannot send commands to the devices.
As they get their ip address by dhcp, we cannot ping them anymore.
